SHIPPING TIME
Shipping typically takes between 2-4 weeks. However, in rare cases can take up to 8 weeks. If a package has not arrived within 8 weeks, contact us with your order details and state if you want a refund or reshipment and we will work to make things right! We want you to receive your products and be happy with them!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
After placing an order you have the option to cancel your order up until the point that it is processed. This is found under “My Account” then under “Orders”. It can take up to 10 days to see the refund in your account. After an order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and another one after it has been processed. Within several days of being processed your order will be updated to include tracking information. If our update emails are sent into your spam folder, you can always view your order information, status and tracking details under “My Account”. Tracking information is visible under “My Account” then under the “Orders” tab. Click on your order and scroll down. You will see your tracking number, and the courier.
UPDATED TRACKING INFORMATION
In the event that a tracking number changes, you will be notified and the new tracking details will appear under “My Account” then under “Orders” then click “view” or your order number. This can happen if a courier combines separate packages going to the same address, or during a change of courier.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED ORDERS
Though we prefer you get your entire order all at once, if there is a manufacturing delay with one product, we will still ship the products that are ready. As a result, they may not always arrive at the same time, and will have separate tracking details. You will be notified and can find details under “My Account” then under “Orders” then under your order number. Once all elements of an order are shipped the status of the order will be changed from “partially shipped” to “shipped”, and tracking details will be added for the individual item.
MESSAGES FROM US ABOUT YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email from us, but can also view any messages added to your order under the “Orders” tab.
REFUNDS AND RESHIPMENT POLICY
In the event that a product arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or does not arrive, we are on your side! All we will need is a full description of the issue, photographic and/or video evidence and have you let us know how you want to proceed (get a refund or reship). It is rare, but if any of these issues occur, you have 7 days after the tracking data for your product shows it arrived to open a dispute.
